Its strong character is typical of the “Coratina” cultivar, which enchants with its elegant bitterness, caused by the very high content of polyphenols within it. An intensely fruity oil of great complexity, with a broad and rich aroma of freshly pressed green olives, fresh grass, artichoke, almond. A balanced, unique taste, with spicy and bitter notes with a strong Mediterranean identity.
