With the characteristic intense fragrance of 100% Coratina, a top-quality EVO oil with a distinct fruity scent. Its strong character is typical of the “Coratina” cultivar, which enchants with its elegant bitterness and the high content of polyphenols. An oil with an intense fruity, of great complexity, with a broad aroma, recalling green olive, fresh grass, artichoke and almond. Balanced taste, peculiar, with spicy notes and bitter characteristics of the variety, with a strong Mediterranean identity.
