Typical intense fragrance of 100% Coratina variety, a very high quality EVO oil with a strong fruity scent. Its strong character is typical of the “Coratina” cultivar, which enchants with its elegant bitterness and the high content of polyphenols. An oil with an intense fruity, of great complexity, with a broad aroma, recalling green olive, fresh grass, artichoke and almond. Balanced taste, peculiar, with spicy notes and bitter characteristics of the variety, with a strong Mediterranean identity.

It is exalted in the cuisine of the Apulian tradition: orecchiette with turnip tops, cream of broad beans and chicory, homemade bread bruschetta.
