Typical intense fragrance of 100% Coratina variety, a very high quality EVO oil with a strong fruity scent. Its strong character is typical of the “Coratina” cultivar, which enchants with its elegant bitterness, caused by the very high content of polyphenols within it. An intensely fruity oil of great complexity, with a broad and rich aroma of freshly pressed green olives, fresh grass, artichoke, almond. A balanced, unique taste, with spicy and bitter notes with a strong Mediterranean identity.

Our aromatic “Gourmet” oils are produced through the simultaneous pressing of Coratina monocultivar olives and lemon or basil in order to obtain a natural and tasty seasoning, not chemically flavored, exploiting the richness of the essential oils in the lemon zest and the scents of basil leaves. The gourmet ingredients, after being carefully selected, are pressed together with the olives to create a product in which the perfect fusion brings out the taste in a balanced way. An essence that smells of excellence, whose goal is to combine the purity of its EVO oil with selected and sought-after raw materials among the excellence of the territory.
